Message No you can't. But that temperature difference can be measured, right? Therefore, it's not necessary to control the temperature in your home to within 0.1 degrees since your perception wouldn't detect that small of a difference.

What I was asking was whether or not people could detect an actual performance degradation from increased wheel weight, because I couldn't.
